helpline on 1912 to find out how to pay a bill that’s passed its due date.
How do I know my BESCOM bill was paid successfully? Once your BESCOM bill is paid, you will get a receipt in the app. You will also get an e-mail and SMS.

processors of BESCOM payments – so you can rest assured that your payment is in safe hands.
My BESCOM payment got deducted but I didn’t get a confirmation. Why? In very rare cases, the link between the bank and the payment processor breaks causing a situation where your money gets deducted but
a receipt doesn’t get generated. In these cases your payment is automatically refunded within 5-7 working days. You can go ahead and make your BESCOM payment once again in such cases to ensure you don’t miss your due date.
