Terms and Conditions

Tsepak Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at #244, 3rd floor, 17th Cross, HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore-560102, who is the owner of the mobile application Goodbox (the "Application Provider") reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms and Conditions. Goodbox mobile application, the product that is subject to these Terms and Conditions is hereafter referred to as the "Licensed Application"

Scope of License

This license granted to you for the Licensed Application by the Application Provider, is limited to a non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use the Licensed Application on any Android™ device that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the Licensed Application on any Android™ device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. Nothing contained in the Licensed Application should be considered as granting you, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trade-marks, logos, or other names contained in the Licensed Application. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open sourced components included within the Licensed Application). Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of the Application Provider and its licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages. The terms of the license will govern any upgrades provided by the Application Provider that replace and/or supplement the original Licensed Application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern its use.

User Access and Consent to Use of Data

By downloading and registering with the Licensed Application, you represent that you are not barred by any law, in any jurisdiction or bound by any agreement that restricts your rights to access, download and register with the Licensed Application and to make payments through the Licensed Application. In order to register with the Licensed Application you will have to provide your mobile number. You will ensure that the mobile number provided for registration with the Licensed Application is your own and does not belong to any third party and that it is a valid and existing mobile number. You will solely be responsible for all usage or activity in your account after registration with the Licensed Application, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you. You agree that you will not use the Licensed Application to post pornographic content or content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language or market, or sell business, products or services that is illegal. Any fraudulent, abusive, misuse or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for removal of such content and/or termination of your account at the Application Provider's sole discretion. You will immediately notify the Application Provider at tnc@tsepak.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security. The Application Provider will not be liable for any losses caused to you, whether directly or indirectly for any unauthorised use of your account or for your failure or delay to intimate the Application Provider of known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security. You acknowledge and agree that upon your registration and use of the Licensed Application, the Application Provider will collect, use, store and archive information in accordance with the aforementioned privacy policy

Eligibility Criteria

The services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by Goodbox. By accepting these Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Services or the Site, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.

Telecommunication Recharges OR Postpaid Bill payments

We are an intermediary only and Goodbox does not provide mobile service and is only a payment system participant facilitating recharge of prepaid mobile services or bill payment of postpaid mobile services by telecommunications service providers or the providers of such prepaid recharge (the ‘Telco’ or ‘Telcos’) or other distributors or aggregators of such Telco’s. Goodbox is not a warrantor, insurer , or guarantor of the services to be provided by the Telco’s. Any disputes regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration, or other terms of the Recharge purchased must be handled directly between You (or the recipient of the Recharge) and the Telco.

Bill Payment

Goodbox and/or the Goodbox business partner or the biller reserve the right to charge a service fee or any other additional charge from the User, in addition to the fees for availing the Services. Fees structure can be revised by Goodbox or Goodbox business partner or the biller. You need to review the current fees from time to time from Goodbox website / application or the websites of Goodbox business partner or the biller.

Goodbox offers a convenient and secure way to make payments towards Biller(s).

Depending upon the Goodbox business partner through whom the Service is availed by you (i) the specific features of the Service may differ (ii) the number of Billers available over the Service can differ (iii) the method and time taken for your payment to reflect on the biller's system might differ and (iv) the modes/devices over which the Service can be accessed can differ; and (v) the charges, fees for availing the Service or any aspect of the Service can differ. Specific details related to these aspects would be available with the Goodbox business partner or Goodbox website or channel over which the Service is being availed.

In using the Bill Payment Service, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your account information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Goodbox has reasonable grounds to suspect that such i nformation is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Goodbox has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). The term biller includes telecom operators.

Goodbox assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to complete the payment on Payment Date owing to any one or more of the following:

  • If the Payment Instruction(s) issued by you is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and delayed.
  • If the Payment Account has insufficient funds/limits to cover for the payment amount.
  • If your Bank refuses or delays honoring the Payment Instruction(s)
  • If payment is not processed by biller upon receipt.
  • Circumstances beyond the control of Goodbox (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force)
  • In case the bill payment is not effected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment by an e-mail or via a message on Goodbox app or SMS

    Convenience fee

    Goodbox offers a facility to Business partners on Goodbox platform to charge a convenience fee from users, in addition to or over & above the bill amount. Business partners have right to levy any charge on the transaction. Such charges are billed by the business partners and is not party to any such charge. Goodbox is not liable for any dispute owing to the same.

    Loyalty points OR Reward points

    Loyalty program is a feature or facility offered by Goodbox to business partners on Goodbox platform. A business partner can avail the service and offer reward points to their customers on Goodbox based on the terms or configuration of the Loyalty program activated. It helps business partners reach out to their most valuable customers directly and incentivize loyal customers through the program.

    Business partner can set the terms of reward points earned on any transaction made by customer with the business. For instance, if the busines partner choses to offer 20 points on a transaction of value Rs 100, customer earns 20 points, whicch can be used during the next eligible transaction. If every 10 reward point represent a value of Re 1, then 20 points lead to a discount of Rs 2. on the next eligible transaction when the reward points are used.

    Reward points can be earned on completion of a transaction which fulfill business partner's Reward points program configuration.

    Reward points can be burned/ used / redeemed on completion of a transaction which fulfill business partner's Reward points program configuration.

    Business partner has the rights to define the terms of the reward points program. Eligibility of a transaction to earn or burn is entirely dependent on the Business partner and Goodbox is not responsible for the same.

    Reward points earned against a particular business partner can have an expiry time post which the points cease to exist. Goodbox shall reset the value of the points based on the expiry set by the Business partner. Consumer shall be notified duely via e-mail or Goodbox application. Notification is a feature offered by Goodbox & it is not liable for the notification of the same.

    Reward points are expired automatically if the Business partner is no longer operational / choses to leave Goodbox platform / goes bankrupt / shuts business. Goodbox is not liable to honor the reward points nor is liable for any potential loss of the consumer during such an event.

    Reward points are not transferrable from one Busines partner to another or from one user to another.

    Refund of an equivalent value of Reward points is not possible under any circumstances. The only way to use Reward points is to burn / redeem them during eligible transactions with the respective Business partner.

    Goodbox offers a facility to consumers to redeem / apply / burn Reward points during the payment to the Business Partner. Goodbox is not responsible for applying / redemption of the Reward points automatically without consumer initiation. No refund / resolution shall be offered by Goodbox support team in such an event if the consumer misses to apply / burn / redeem loyalty points & completes the payment

    Payment Gateway

    The Licensed Application makes available a payment gateway through its approved payment processing provider(s). Your use of the payment gateway will be subject to receiving an approved status by the Application Provider, fulfilling the documentation and other requirements of the approved payment processing provider(s) and adhering to the terms and conditions of use prescribed by the payment processing provider(s). Please contact us at tnc@tsepak.com to understand if you qualify to avail of this service. You acknowledge and understand that the payment gateway services made available through the Licensed Application are owned, controlled and provided by the payment processing provider(s) and hence, the Application Provider does not warrant and in no way will be liable for the timeliness of such services and the handover of payments through such services. Termination The license to the Licensed Application is effective until terminated by you or by the Application Provider in the following circumstances: (i) When you delete your account of your own accord or send an email to tnc@tsepak.com requiring deletion of your account; (ii) When the Application Provider ceases to make available the Licensed Application with the provision of 14 days notice. Additionally, your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Application Provider, if you fail to comply with any term(s) set out in these Terms and Conditions. In such event, the Application Provider reserves the rights to delete your account and deny you access to the Licensed Application. Upon termination of the license for any reason, you shall cease all use of the Licensed Application, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application. [Note: Merely un-installing the Licensed Application from your mobile device will not result in the deletion of your account or information from the Licensed Application and you will have to send an email to tnc@tsepak.com if you wish to delete your account or information from the Licensed Application databases and servers.]

    Replacement, Refund, Dispute Policy

    Any return claim has to be made within 7 working days (Sundays and national holidays are not included) of the receipt of the product or service purchased. In case of any dispute or chargeback Goodbox would take responsibility of the refund amount to the customer, post assessment. Customer can write to us at support@goodbox.in or chat with Goodbox support on our app for any of the issues pertaining to refund, chargeback, dispute, unfulfilled order,etc. Our support team would actively engage with the user to resolve the same. The policy applies to the products or services where payment has been made via Goodbox.

    Refund eligibility depends on the retailer offering the goods/ service on Goodbox platform. Individual business partners on Goodbox platform can have a different refund policy. User shall be duely notified in such cases. In case it is applicable, refund policy of the individual business partner will supercede the generic Refund policy of Goodbox. User can connect with Goodbox support for any clarification or help with respect to the same.

    All Refunds will be credited to back to payment instrument used by you to complete the payment. It will take 3-21 days for the money to show in your bank account depending on payment participants involved in the payment, including, but not limited to your bank, payment gateway, bank used by payment gateway.

    In case of delay in refund getting credited to your bank account or any other payment instrument used by you to complete the payment, Goodbox support team has the right to ask for bank account details to resolve the issue with the payment gateway. Goodbox support team can ask you to raise a chargeback with your bank in case there is no resolution or if the money is not credited by your bank to your account. User agrees to cooperate with the team and follow the process to raise a chargeback to resolve the issue. Goodbox is not responsible for any delay in the process of raising the chargeback and the user agrees not to hold Goodbox liable for the delay in the same.

    Termination

    You agree that Goodbox, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or your use of the Services and remove and discard all or any part of your account, your user profile, or your profile, at any time. Goodbox may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to Goodbox platform, Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Goodbox will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Goodbox may have at law or in equity. Upon termination for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using the Services.

    Services & Third Party Material

    The Licensed Application enables you to connect, chat and source services from various vendors operating in different fields and businesses. You understand that the Application Provider does not warrant the sourcing/procuring of any such services or the conduct of any transaction through the Licensed Application. Use of the Licensed Application requires Internet access on your mobile device. You understand and acknowledge that the Application Provider only enables you to connect with the vendors for sourcing/procuring services and will not be responsible for the credibility, reliability, valid and lawful existence of such vendors. Provided, however, if it has been stated in the Licensed Application that a particular vendor is verified it would mean that the Application Provider has checked and verified the valid existence, address and type of service provided by the vendor. You understand that the Application Provider will not verify the nature and quality of services provided by the vendors. You understand and acknowledge that (i) the Application Provider does not warrant the suitability of the Licensed Application to transact business, or receive products or services from any vendor who uses the business interface of the Licensed Application; and (ii) the Application Provider will not be liable for breach of any understanding and agreement between you and the vendor and will not be responsible for any service levels, guarantees, or quality promised by the vendor in relation to any products or services procured from the vendor. The Application Provider disclaims all liability in relation to any transaction, arrangement or contract entered into between you and the vendor through the Licensed Application and will not be responsible for any breach of such contracts or to any claims for losses, costs, damages, expenses or other legal action arising out of such transaction, arrangement or contracts. You understand that by using the Licensed Application, you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language, and that the results of any search or entering of a particular URL may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Licensed Application at your sole risk and that the Application Provider shall not have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You also understand that any information (including personal information) you may share with any third parties, vendors, content providers or other users of the Application Provider's other licensed applications whilst using the interactive features of the Licensed Application (such as chat, messaging, etc) will be solely at your risk as to the security of such information and the Application Provider cannot guarantee the security of such information or the nature of its use by the third parties to whom you disclose such information. The Licensed Application will display, include or make available content, data, information, applications or materials, from third parties, vendors, content providers or other users of the Licensed Applications (collectively and individually called "Third Party Materials"). By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge and agree that the Application Provider is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Third Party Materials or websites. The Application Provider does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party services, Third Party Materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. The Application Provider does not warrant or endorse any product, service or financial information including sale prices, service or product descriptions and statistical data, displayed or provided by the vendors. Before executing any transaction based upon information obtained through the vendors, you should personally verify the accuracy of such data. You agree that the Licensed Application contains proprietary content, information and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright, and that you will not use such proprietary content, information or materials in any way whatsoever except for permitted use of the Licensed Application. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Licensed Application in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity. You further agree not to use the Licensed Application in any manner to harass, abuse, stalk, bully, threaten, defame, impersonate, gamble, exhibit or transmit sexually explicit, pornographic, pedophilic content, promulgate hate speech, carry out illegal activities or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party or other users of the Licensed Application. You also agree that the Application Provider is not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal messages or transmissions that you may receive as a result of using the Licensed Application. The Application Provider makes no representations that the services provided through the Licensed Application, by the vendors and Third Party Materials are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to access the services provided through the Licensed Application, by the vendors or Third Party Materials, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws. The Application Provider, and its licensors, reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the Licensed Application at any time without notice. In no event will the Application Provider be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any services through the Licensed Application. The Application Provider may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain vendors or services, in any case and without notice or liability.

    ADVERTISEMENTS

    The Application Provider or any third party advertisers may display advertisements and promotions on the Licensed Application. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by the Application Provider on the Licensed Application are subject to change. By clicking on any advertisements you may leave the Licensed Application and be directed to an external application/website, or to an application/website maintained by an entity other than the Application Provider. If you decide to visit any such website, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements. The Application Provider makes no warranty or representation regarding, and does not endorse, any linked websites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon. The Application Provider makes no warranty or representation regarding the merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, availability, efficacy, reliability, durability of any product or service advertised on the Licensed Application.

    MAPS API

    Maps API has been implemented within the Licensed Application which allows you to identify business locations which are nearby. Google Maps API service has been used for this purpose and hence you will be bound by Google’s Terms of Service whilst using the Maps API to identify any business near a particular location using the same. All Google’s Terms of Service shall apply as they are to you. Your location will be accessed during the usage of the Maps API, subject to your approval, and then you will be provided with details of all the businesses located near the location. You can invite any business that isn’t on the Licensed Application by using the Maps API. The invitation information is stored in the database for the purpose of analysis only to the extent allowed by the Maps API terms and conditions. The Licensed Application might however cache data up to 30 days for improving user experience and performance of the application. This would be done in accordance with the Maps API terms and conditions. The Licensed Application doesn’t create a telemarketing list or a business directory out of the information obtained by Maps API. No telemarketing activity is conducted based on your action of inviting a business.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APLLICATION PROVIDEDR OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM) THAT ARE RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR ANY LINKED WEB SITE/ MOBILE APPLICATION, EVEN IF THE APPLICATION PROVIDER IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    INDEMNITY

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Application Provider, its subsidiaries and affiliates from any claim, cost, expense, judgment or other loss relating to your use of the Licensed Application, including without limitation of the foregoing, any action you take which is in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

    NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES

    This contract is solely for your benefit and the benefit of Application Provider.

    SEVERABILITY

    If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.     ANDROID™ TERMS OF USE

    You will be governed by any additional terms of use that may be specified by the Android™ store or platform from which you downloaded this Licensed Application.

    I HAVE READ THE FULL END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE. I hereby agree to these End User Licensing Agreement.

    Semi Closed Wallet

    Goodbox is a website/platform/network owned by Tsepak Technologies Private Ltd. hence all the rights, benefits, liabilities & obligations under the following terms & conditions shall accrue to the benefit of Tsepak Technologies Private Ltd.

    Goodbox offers a semi closed loop wallet to users, powered by Yes Bank Limited.

    By agreeing to the terms and conditions you give permission to Goodbox to create a Wallet account for you with the registered Mobile number used with Goodbox application as the primary mobile number for your Wallet account.

    Definitions

    "Customer" or "you" mean a person who has registered with Goodbox for availing the Goodbox Wallet and who has accepted these Terms and Conditions and, owns/operates/has access to an internet compatible device that supports the Goodbox Wallet.
    "Goodbox wallet" - means the pre-paid payment instrument issued by Goodbox, powered by Yes bank.
    "Charge(s)" or "Service Charge" shall mean the charges which Goodbox may charge you in consideration for subscribing to the Goodbox Wallet.
    "Person-to-Person Transfer (P2P)" refers to fund transfer from one Goodbox Wallet to any other Goodbox Wallet.
    "Goodbox Business Partner" shall mean and include physical Merchants, remote Merchants and any other business partner that has registered with Goodbox platform to accept payment using Goodbox Wallet.
    "Enrollment Form" shall mean the Goodbox Wallet Enrollment Form, as is required by Goodbox from the Customer at the time of Registration for availing and / or continuation of the Goodbox Wallet.
    "Basic Account" means Customer Goodbox Wallet classified as Semi-closed system payment instruments issued by accepting minimum customer details being Customer name, Email address, mobile number, which permit payment and domestic money remittance as per RBI direction on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2009 as amended and supplemented by the RBI from time to time.
    "Premium Account" means Customer Goodbox Wallet which is KYC compliant and classified as Semi-closed system payment instruments which permit Person-to-Person transfer and payment to all identified Merchant as per RBI direction on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2009 as amended and supplemented by the RBI from time to time.
    "KYC" stands for Know your Customer and refers to the various norms, rules, laws and statutes issued by RBI from time to time under which Goodbox is required to procure personal identification details from you before any services can be delivered. Know your Customer (KYC) documents may be required by Goodbox from the Customer at the time of Registration and/ or on a later date, for availing and / or continuation of the Goodbox Wallet.
    "Transaction" means Person-to-person transfer or purchase of goods or services at Merchant establishments or equivalent amount of money-in Goodbox Wallet, if goods or services not available.
    "Person-to-bank transfer" refers to a facility to transfer funds from a Goodbox Wallet to any Bank Account.
    "Wallet balance" or "Balance" refers to the credit balance in the Goodbox Wallet. "RBI" means the Reserve Bank of India.

    Customer information

    Goodbox reserves the right, at any time, to take steps necessary to ensure compliance with all relevant and applicable KYC requirements. Goodbox reserves the right to discontinue services/ reject applications for Goodbox Wallet at anytime if there are discrepancies in information and/or documentation provided by you. Any information provided to Goodbox with the intention of securing Goodbox Wallet shall vest with Goodbox, and may be used by Goodbox, for any purpose consistent with any applicable law or regulation, at its discretion. Goodbox has the right to forfeit the balance amount in your wallet if the information given by you is inaccurate.

    You must of 18 years age and be a resident of India to avail the service.

    General Terms

    You may recharge your Goodbox Wallet (load money to wallet) through any of the payment methods offered by Goodbox websites or applications. Withdrawal of money from Goodbox Wallet is not allowed. Any outstanding credit or Wallet balance in your Goodbox Wallet must be utilized only to make payments to Business partners or Person-to-person transfers or Person-to-bank transfer. Goodbox Wallet are available only to resident Indians who have attained the age of 18 years and are competent to contract.
    Goodbox Wallet are not transferable.
    The maximum monetary value that can be stored at any point of time in a Goodbox Wallet Premium Account is INR 1,00,000/-(INR One lakh only). The maximum permitted value of Transactions at any point of time in Goodbox Wallet Prime Account is INR 1,00,000/- (INR One lakh only). The maximum monetary value that can be stored and utilized in a month in a Goodbox Wallet Basic Account is INR 10,000/- (INR Ten Thousand Only). Subject to guidelines/notifications issued by RBI from time to time these limitations may be reviewed and modified at the discretion of Goodbox without prior intimation to the Customer.

    Goodbox reserves the right to suspend/discontinue Goodbox Wallet Services to you at any time, for any cause, including, but not limited, to the following-

  • For any suspected violation of the rules, regulations, orders, directions, notifications issued by RBI from time to time or for any violation of the terms and conditions mentioned in this document
  • For any suspected discrepancy in the particular(s), documentation or information provided by you;
  • To combat potential fraud, sabotage, willful destruction, threat to national security or for any other force majeure reasons etc;
  • If the mobile connection with which your Goodbox Wallet is related ceases to be operational or in your possession or control.
  • You are permitted to maintain and operate only one Goodbox Wallet. Any suspected non-conformity with this requirement shall be just cause for the suspension/ discontinuation of any/all Wallets associated with you by Goodbox.

    When you make a purchase by making a transaction using Goodbox wallet, Goodbox is only an intermediary facilitating the transaction. Goodbox is not a party to the transaction and the agreement is strictly between you and the business partner to whom the payment is made. Goodbox does not endorse any business partner registered on its platform. Goodbox is not liable for goods / service offered by the Business partner. All the warrantees or guarantees are sole obligation of the business partner.

    In the event of any dispute, Goodbox logs shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the Transactions carried out through use of Goodbox Wallet.

    Goodbox shall send all communications by SMS and/or email and/or via Goodbox applications. The SMS shall be deemed to have been received by you after they have been submitted for delivery to the mobile phone operator.

    You agree to receive all commercial message including transactional messages from Goodbox.

    Refund

    The Wallet balance in your Goodbox Wallet shall NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances and may only be utilized to make payments to Business partners, Person-to-person transfer or Person-to-bank transfer. No interest will be payable by Goodbox on the available balance reflected on the Goodbox Wallet.

    Wallet charges

    Goodbox reserves the right to charge a fee on Person-to-person transfer or Person-to-bank transfer. The charges shall be notified duely on Goodbox websites or applications or the channel from where the Wallet is operated. Goodbox can change the charges any time without any notification to the user. Same shall be conveyed to the user at/during/ after the transaction completion.

    Goodbox reserves the right to levy charges or commission upon any amounts loaded to Goodbox Wallet.

    User Obligations

    In case the mobile phone/ SIM card associated with your Goodbox Wallet is lost/stolen/misplaced/shut down or no longer in your control, you shall inform Goodbox immediately. Goodbox will block the relevant account after relevant checks.

    You shall intimate Goodbox about change in your address, if any, in writing along with such proof of address as per the KYC documents.

    You acknowledge and understand that Goodbox Wallet are linked to your mobile phone number and you shall be solely responsible for any liability arising out of the loss/ theft / misuse of the mobile phone number or deactivation of mobile connection by the concerned telecom service provider, in respect of the Services.

    Information submitted by you for availing Goodbox Wallet and/or information submitted while using Goodbox Wallet may be shared with third parties by Goodbox to facilitate the provision of Goodbox Wallet.

    Compliance with Law

    Goodbox Wallet is governed by per RBI direction on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2009 (as amended and supplemented from time to time) and is also subject to directions / instructions issued by the RBI from time to time in respect of redemption, repayment, usage etc. Goodbox will not be responsible or liable for any violation by you of applicable law, regulation, or guideline. You hereby declare that your name does not, at anytime, appear in the consolidated list of terrorist Individuals/ organizations as circulated by the RBI from time to time.
